Annular Space (AS)

A concentric-tube heat exchanger for smooth-flowing, homogeneous products.

The AS Annular Space heat exchanger is designed with two concentric tubes to create an annular product flow path. This geometry ensures uniform heat exchange with minimal shear, making it ideal for sensitive, low-viscosity products such as plant-based beverages, milk alternatives or syrups. Its hygienic design supports easy cleaning and integration in both heating and cooling operations.
